True high quality hydrosols are the non-alcoholic product of steam distillation of plant materials. They are the pure Hydro/water Sol/Solution that contains some of the water soluble micro-molecules of the essential oils. They are created in Copper Alembic Stills and only from plant matter harvested at its’ correct time, in healthy soils and conditions.
